Know. We want people to come into a real relationship with Jesus, not just know about him, but to know him. Jesus himself said that eternal life is to know him. We long to see people encounter Christ and be transformed by him.
Grow. We don't just want people to profess faith in Christ, we want them to live like Christians, we want disciples. Jesus called us to make disciples, and that means helping people learn what it looks like for Christ to be Lord over their whole lives. Every aspect of life submitted to him. That's discipleship, and it's the heartbeat of how we function together.
Go. Ephesians 4 tells us that we need to be equipped for the work of ministry. We believe we are sent, as Christ said, "as the Father has sent me, so I am sending you." We're not waiting around. We have neighbors to love, a city to serve, and a world to reach. We go equipped with the gifts God has given us, for the good of our neighbor and for the glory of God.
