ASH WEDNESDAY / GLOBAL FAST
February
21, 2007 is Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning
of Lent. As we begin a journey of soul-searching and
reflection, we invite you to join us in our season of
repentance by taking part in the Global Fast. We live in a
world where injustice is rampant and
over-consumption is rarely effectively questioned.
We invite you to fast for the day, and to give the
money that you would normally spend on food in a
single day to people who could benefit greatly

For
those of you who didn't join us this past Sunday, we
had a sacred reflection on the invitation "follow
me." We didn't have a teaching that would have worked
well in podcast form, so alas, there is no podcast.
