Hey kids,

My current roommate told me she is moving out so I am in need of a new, even cooler roommate at the beginning of July. Here's a few details about the place so if you or anyone you know of is looking for a place send me a message.

2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse apt set-up located at 9th & Wilshire; it's close to the Promenade, the beach, Montana shops and of course only a block away from RISEN! The downstairs (kitchen, dining room, living room) has wooden floors and the upstairs (bedrooms) is carpeted. There is laundry on-site and one shared covered parking spot, but there is always plenty of street parking as well. You will be taking over the larger bedroom that has tons of closet and storage space. I do not have loads of furniture so whatever you bring will be great!

I'm looking for someone that is clean, responsible, has a steady job, and does not work from home. The area is a quiet neighborhood/family friendly as well so please be respectful of that.

The rent for the room is $1100 and the bills (gas, electric, basic cable, internet) usually work out to be around $75/person. The management company does require a credit check and a security deposit of $1000.

And for those of you who haven't met me yet, a little info: I grew up in CT, went to Boston University and moved out here to work in entertainment. As of now, I do freelance work for a post-house in Santa Monica, but will most likely be going back to school for Nutritional Science. I run. A lot. I love doing outdoor activities. I enjoy music. I read. I like to eat. I have lots of freckles and curly hair. I like to pretend I know how to surf when in reality I'm terrible at it. I think leftover cold pizza makes for a delicious breakfast. I'm a considerate roommate and would love to live with someone who is the same.
